Contract Manager (NH90 MSCF)

Location: Marseille Area, France; possibility of remote work.

hirify.global provides contract and customer service management for complex aerospace and helicopter programs within the Airbus organization.

What you will do

• Manage NH90 contract execution for French and Belgian government customers and ensure customer satisfaction during the execution phase.
• Coordinate customer relations, contractual deliverables, contract reviews, extra-work negotiations, reports, and progress meetings with KAM/Sales and relevant disciplines.
• Manage service P&L, delegated activity budgets, operating plan commitments, cost, profitability, cash, work in progress, invoicing, and financial follow-up.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary personnel and priorities for contract execution and lay-up management, including weekly coordination and progress monitoring.
• Manage quality gates, operational milestones, risks, claims, customer complaints, corrective action plans, and contractual lessons learned.
• Plan and supervise contractual execution, validate S&OP inputs, monitor delivery against planning, and escalate major deviations or risks.

Requirements

• Academic studies in the field of aeronautical maintenance.
• Knowledge of project management, programme management, contract management, customer relationship management, and industrial management.
• Mastery of helicopter design and operation sufficient to interface with operators and engineering.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment.
• Advanced English is mandatory for work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to coordinate numerous internal and external interfaces, including government, procurement, end-user, engineering, commercial, logistics, industrial, programme, and quality stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex maintenance planning, continuous helicopter upgrades, serial activities, repairs, periodical checks, and aggregated service contracts.
