Lead IT Business Analysis (SAP FI/CO)

Location: Melbourne, Florida, United States; onsite role.

What you will do

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP FI and CO functionality across the SAP system landscape.
• Troubleshoot application problems and manage daily FICO issues.
• Implement and support Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Controlling, costing, and Fixed Assets processes.
• Gather, document, and analyze SAP FI/CO business requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into SAP configuration and development specifications, design solutions, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans while ensuring system integrity and compliance with department standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Experience with at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation is required or preferred according to the source wording.
• Experience with integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, and PS.

• Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and executing migration or upgrade projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
• Experience working in a global shared services model with a centralized Accounts Payable environment.
• Experience supporting the Serrala FS2 Solutions Suite.
