Analyst Sr Lead, Business Systems Analysis (ATM/Payments)

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ATM business opportunities, implementations, and operational issues.
• Own ATM and payments activities related to testing, certification, documentation, product improvements, and implementation support.
• Partner with development teams to define scope, provide operational insight, and support production rollouts.
• Analyze ATM messaging, reproduce issues in laboratory environments, validate procedures, and communicate technical guidance.
• Lead complex business systems analysis work, coach analysts and supplier resources, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive business systems analysis experience, including leadership of large and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of the ATM industry, ATM messaging, and related products and services.
• Experience with software development life cycles, implementations, production operations, and technical issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients, engineers, development teams, vendors, and operational support teams.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to take ownership and work independently on complex initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATM or payments testing, certification, technical documentation, and implementation support.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems, or equivalent education and experience.
