AML Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in St Helier, Jersey; Southampton is also listed as an available location.

What you will do

• Maintain organized and up-to-date client and investor records in electronic databases and hard-copy files.
• Ensure KYC requirements and regulatory compliance are continuously met for clients and fund investors.
• Set up client and investor profiles and upload the required KYC information and documentation.
• Identify record weaknesses, follow up with client-facing teams, and ensure information and documentation are collected on time.
• Identify politically exposed person connections and review automatically generated screening alerts weekly.
• Support client-facing teams and external parties with AML/CFT matters, including requests related to drawdowns and distributions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with Compliance, client-facing teams, colleagues, and external parties.
• Analytical approach and good research skills.
• Team-player attitude, good organizational skills, and a proactive, self-starting approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
