What you will do

• Design and implement agentic AI solutions as a core technical contributor on strategic, high-priority projects.
• Embed in R&D teams across the organization, quickly learn their domains, and accelerate delivery of advanced features.
• Mentor development teams on practical day-to-day use of AI tools for writing, testing, and shipping code.
• Adapt independently across different technology stacks, architectural challenges, and business contexts.
• Build trust with engineers and leadership and influence engineering practices and architectural decisions without formal authority.

• Ability to work as an independent and highly flexible individual contributor across multiple domains and engineering teams.
• Strong capability to build relationships quickly and collaborate effectively with engineers and leadership.
• Natural mentoring skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ability to rapidly adapt to new technology stacks, architectural challenges, and business contexts.
