xEngineer - AI Creation

Location: Tel Aviv; fully in person, 5 days a week from the office.

Builds web creation products used to create, manage, and grow online businesses and websites, with AI integrated into the product experience.

What you will do

• Integrate AI as a first-class part of site creation and editing.
• Work on complex systems requiring deep technical understanding and collaboration with multiple engineering groups.
• Own features end-to-end, from research and technical design through implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver solutions.
• Build infrastructure and capabilities for creating and modifying entire websites, sections, pages, and components through AI.
• Bridge AI and the editor by turning user prompts into real site changes across large-scale editors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong ownership and the ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working effectively with other teams.
• Curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies, with a strong interest in AI.
• Genuine passion for AI and motivation to advance its capabilities.
