Senior Network Security Consultant (DORA)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 1,100–1,300 PLN/day on B2B + VAT.

What you will do

• Coordinate network segmentation activities across applications and services within a DORA programme.
• Collaborate with Application Owners, Application Providers, Network Engineers, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Teams to gather requirements and validate connectivity.
• Facilitate workshops to identify application dependencies, communication flows, and network access requirements.
• Define and implement segmentation solutions using network security and least-privilege principles.
• Manage implementation plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Prepare solution design documents, implementation plans, status reports, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure transformation, or operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewall technologies, application connectivity, network communication flows, and least-privilege principles.
• Proven stakeholder management experience and experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, implementation planning, risk management, and delivery reporting.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DORA requirements, financial services environments, Zero Trust principles, or network modernisation projects.
