What you will do

• Support strategic workstreams across multi-market pitches, global prospecting opportunities, local pitches, and growth initiatives.
• Lead medium and small local pitches from strategy writing and connection planning through presentation.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pitches, prospecting, and internal meetings.
• Apply the planning approaches of Mindshare, Wavemaker, and EssenceMediacom to create differentiated strategic thinking.
• Combine inputs from multiple disciplines and insights teams into clear strategic stories and recommendations.
• Share best practices, thought leadership, market trends, category insights, and pitch learnings across the strategy team and contribute to the evolution of the growth approach.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategy, growth, new business, or client-facing strategic roles, ideally in a media, marketing, or agency environment.
• Proven ability to develop and present compelling strategic thinking in pitches and prospecting situations, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business and marketing challenges into clear, differentiated strategic opportunities and ideas.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across disciplines, markets, and seniority levels.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to independently lead strategic workstreams while working closely with senior leadership.
