Marketing Executive (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen the hotel's reputation and media visibility.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Write press releases, media alerts, speeches, talking points, newsletters, blog content, and other communications.
• Coordinate media visits, interviews, and familiarization trips, including media kits and on-site execution.
• Pitch PR stories, monitor media coverage, analyze sentiment, and prepare performance reports.
• Manage website content, brand compliance, email marketing databases, campaigns, social media support, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a five-star property.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer software, digital tools, website performance metrics, and marketing analytics.
• Creativity and proven experience designing digital and PR campaigns for target audiences.
• Must be eligible to live and work in Dubai.
