Market & Innovation Strategy Manager - MEA (Dairy)

Location: Hybrid, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UAE; relocation support is not anticipated.

What you will do

• Develop long-term growth plans for key market geographies across the MEA region.
• Combine customer, market, and commercial insights to shape innovation and growth strategies.
• Lead strategic demand planning for investment, innovation, and resource decisions.
• Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, including market opportunities and hero products.
• Monitor opportunity pipeline performance and support market-aligned growth delivery.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategy, innovation priorities, and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience developing market, product, or innovation strategies that support commercial growth.
• Strong customer and market insight capabilities, including translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial acumen and experience contributing to long-term demand planning and opportunity pipelines.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of and experience within the MEA market, with existing UAE work authorization.

• Experience in the dairy, food, or B2B sectors.
