IT Intern (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Slatina, Romania; onsite at hirify.global plants.

IT operations and infrastructure support for hirify.global Group in Romania.

What you will do

• Support the maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems for hirify.global Group in Romania.
• Support local users with IT requests and incidents according to established policies and frameworks.
• Report to the Romanian IT Infrastructure Administrator and the regional IT & Digital Manager for CEE/EU.
• Contribute to local and regional IT & Digital infrastructure activities and projects.

Requirements

• Teamwork is mandatory.
• Written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Passion for IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Openness to new technologies.
• Workplace management knowledge.

Nice to have

• MS Windows and Windows Server OS knowledge.
• MS Active Directory and Azure knowledge.
• macOS knowledge.
• MS Office and SharePoint knowledge.
• Digital solutions and IoT knowledge.
• Cisco networking knowledge.
• Experience working with a ticket system.
