Odoo Project Leader (Odoo)

Location: Hybrid in Málaga, Province of Málaga, Spain

What you will do

• Gather and analyze internal client requirements, map them to Odoo functionality, and present solutions through demos and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules for finance and operations processes, collaborating with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption and transition.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including delivery, deployment, client satisfaction, cost estimates, timelines, and technical feasibility assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Full working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.

Nice to have

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience.
