Associate Product Manager, New Grad (2027 Start) (Data and AI)

Salary: $133,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Understand customer problem spaces and define viable solution directions.
• Prototype and test early ideas with customers and engineers before committing to development.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship features across the Databricks platform.
• Own projects end to end, including design, build, launch, and iteration based on feedback.
• Build platform features with scalability, quality, and security in mind.

Requirements

• Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
• Experience using AI tools for personal productivity and development projects.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Ability to build, test, and iterate on solutions.
• Analytical skills for data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly with engineers, customers, and field partners.
