AI Automation Intern

Location: Berlin, Germany; office-first and based in Berlin.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end agentic systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluations for high-volume internal processes.
• Build and deploy MCP servers and integrations connecting HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Aircall, and similar tools.
• Write production-grade Python and/or TypeScript with sound schema design, security, and authorization.
• Own internal tools from identifying workflow gaps through implementation and deployment on Firebase, Vercel, or GCP, using version control and CI/CD.
• Build Claude Code skills, plugins, and connectors and help colleagues adopt AI-native workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Energy, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to identify and implement high-leverage automation use cases.

Requirements

• Shipped agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered tools through school, side projects, hackathons, or work experience.
• Production-grade Python and/or TypeScript skills, with the ability to explain code trade-offs.
• Experience connecting REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication across third-party tools such as HubSpot, Slack, or Notion, or similar platforms.
• Ability to model data sensibly, identify gaps, scope solutions, and ship independently.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working in an office-first environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MCP, Claude Code, or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Google ADK.
• German language proficiency at B1 level or above.
