Location: Remote from anywhere in the world; schedule aligned with GMT+3. The posting also lists Armenia as the city/region.

What you will do

• Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date employee data.
• Work with payroll and payment vendors across different countries.
• Support employee relocations and help make complex processes run smoothly.
• Support employee onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
• Bring structure and reliability to HR operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience working in an international remote environment.
• Experience with payroll vendors or contractors in different countries.
• Experience supporting relocations or similar processes.
• Extremely detail-oriented, highly structured, reliable, and attentive to people.
