HR Ops Manager (Spain/Italy)

Location: Hybrid work from the hirify.global Iberia Madrid office, Spain

hirify.global is growing an international organization with local teams in Spain and Italy.

What you will do

• Manage payroll operations for Spain and, soon, Italy, ensuring HR and payroll compliance.
• Standardize benefits policies and administrative onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the key user of the HRIS and manage relationships with social providers.
• Handle employee HR questions and day-to-day HR operations while supporting employee well-being.
• Provide HR and legal guidance to managers during offboarding and coordinate the administrative process.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a similar HR operations role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Spanish and Italian payroll and HR operations.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Strong organizational, coordination, attention-to-detail, and quality-focused skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, curious, organized, and comfortable working autonomously.
