What you will do
- Place and track orders in the Services Procurement Queue and for Microsoft CSP.
- Follow up on order confirmations for necessary software and hardware.
- Verify appropriate terms and conditions on signed customer documents.
- Confirm vendor and customer billing schedules.
- Work with managed services contracts, PMO, and customer success teams on amendments and change orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT procurement.
- Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Experience working with major IT vendors like Cisco, HP, Dell, Palo Alto, or Aruba.
- Proficiency in using procurement/order management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
