What you will do

• Place and track orders in the Services Procurement Queue and for Microsoft CSP.
• Follow up on order confirmations for necessary software and hardware.
• Verify appropriate terms and conditions on signed customer documents.
• Confirm vendor and customer billing schedules.
• Work with managed services contracts, PMO, and customer success teams on amendments and change orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT procurement.
• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Experience working with major IT vendors like Cisco, HP, Dell, Palo Alto, or Aruba.
• Proficiency in using procurement/order management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
