Senior Project Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid; must be within a commutable distance of Evansville, Indiana, with office attendance expected Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-enabled projects, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business leaders, technology partners, and external vendors to align goals and drive decisions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, changing priorities, project milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Provide stakeholders and senior leaders with clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to improving project management and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading technology-focused projects.
• PMP certification or relevant hirify.global experience.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to build relationships, create alignment, and influence action without relying on formal authority.
• Strategic thinking, practical execution, adaptability, problem-solving, ownership, initiative, collaboration, and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.

• Experience presenting to leadership or facilitating training.
