Data & Analytics Lead

What you will do

• Collaborate with data leaders and stakeholders to define analytical requirements and priorities.
• Develop and evolve reporting, analytics and insight capabilities for the Retail Controls Office.
• Automate reporting, reduce manual activity and eliminate duplication.
• Analyse operational, customer, governance and risk data to identify trends and emerging issues.
• Design dashboards, visualisations, data models and scalable analytical products.
• Establish controls over data definitions, calculations and transformation logic while improving management information.

Requirements

• Advanced experience using Power BI, Tableau or an equivalent visualisation tool.
• Strong SQL capability and experience building and maintaining complex datasets.
• Experience using Python, Power Automate or similar technologies to improve reporting processes.
• Experience designing data models, reporting frameworks and dashboard solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical analytical products.
• Experience working with governance, risk, regulatory or operational data in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
