Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; office-based role with approximately 20% travel within the United States, Canada, and Mexico and global collaboration across time zones.

What you will do

• Oversee real estate operations across a defined cluster of office and R&D sites in the Americas Region.
• Support real estate transactions, including site requirements evaluation, site selection, LOIs, lease drafting and execution, fit-outs, space changes, and occupancy planning.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, cost estimates, schedules, tenant improvement projects, owner-driven projects, architects, engineers, landlords, brokers, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead regional implementation of global workplace strategies and promote global space, design, and occupancy standards.
• Champion site-level energy, water, and waste reduction; support ESG compliance with environmental, health, and safety teams.
• Oversee the third-party facilities management provider, occupancy and utilization reporting, workplace analytics, invoices, work orders, and quarterly OPEX budget planning.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in real estate and/or facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Building Systems Engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Interest in real estate and/or facilities management in office and/or R&D environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and real estate or facilities management systems.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% within the United States, Canada, and Mexico and collaborate globally across time zones.

• Experience with space planning, lease support, or workplace transformation.
• Familiarity with technical or R&D campus environments.
• Exposure to sustainability programs and smart building systems.
• Understanding of global real estate operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with workplace analytics platforms.
