Scent Solution Executive (Fragrance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Guangzhou, China

What you will do

• Build relationships with customers and distributors and support business growth opportunities.
• Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations with support from technical experts when required.
• Coordinate fragrance projects, including sample submissions, customer feedback, and project follow-up.
• Prepare customer presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Support digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and project management, and assist with quotations, pricing, and commercial execution.
• Capture market insights, maintain accurate customer and project records, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Fragrance, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Passion for fragrances, consumer products, and customer engagement.
