What you will do

• Perform experiments with engineer guidance to develop degas, preclean, and PVD chambers.
• Collect and analyze data from complex experiments.
• Optimize processes and measure film properties.
• Organize data and reports for engineering review.
• Characterize hardware on moderately difficult systems while following safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of engineering problems.

Requirements

• College intern or student status.
• Interest in process development for semiconductor manufacturing and RLD/Bump applications.
• Ability to work in Singapore.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines during hardware characterization and experiments.
