Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) Supply Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Stockton, California, United States; full-time onsite. Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $27.31–$43.70 per hour.

What you will do

• Maintain current inventory records and support maintenance and tool room technicians with supply room organization.
• Use CMMS, SAP, and Maintenance Connection to issue inventory items to work orders, close work orders, receive materials, create inventory locations, and identify parts.
• Verify quantities, enter received materials into systems, stock and locate inventory, and maintain documentation for purchase orders and returns.
• Plan and prioritize department orders in collaboration with Maintenance PM, engineers, and technicians, including researching parts applications and process use.
• Improve inventory systems by challenging waste and inefficiency, maintaining stock levels and order points, and organizing storeroom shelves, bins, and drawers.
• Pick up and deliver parts using a company vehicle and provide internal customer service through requests and email communication.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a group and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, effective teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, repetitive twisting and bending, operating large equipment for approximately 8–12 hours, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more with proper equipment.
• Ability to work in conditions involving heat or cold, loud noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance purchasing, inventory control management, preventive maintenance, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CMMS software.
• Experience using computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and other standard office equipment.
