Materials Supervisor (Inventory Systems)

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 annually, with possible eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Supervise the Ihirify.globalory Technology team responsible for PFEP level 2 and 3 replenishment setup and validation, ihirify.globalory storage improvement projects, and accurate part configuration before release.
• Lead Ihirify.globalory Control operations, including cycle counting, reconciliation, reporting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and ihirify.globalory accuracy metrics.
• Define and lead ihirify.globalory projects involving system enhancements, ihirify.globalory control measures, performance standards, standard work, and long-term ihirify.globalory system strategy.
• Represent ihirify.globalory requirements and best practices in system-wide enhancement initiatives while identifying risks, gaps, scalability opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Training to translate ihirify.globalory requirements into system and process solutions and support PFEP health reporting.
• Develop, coach, and mentor leaders, ihirify.globalory technicians, and ihirify.globalory control teams; establish role clarity, training alignment, performance management, succession plans, and accountability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of ihirify.globalory leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading ihirify.globalory operations, ihirify.globalory control, or ihirify.globalory systems in a complex environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ihirify.globalory systems, replenishment logic, parts setup, and ihirify.globalory controls.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and enterprise system enhancements.
