Intern Mixed Signal IP (Advanced Node Process Monitor Design)

Location: Sophia-Antipolis, France; full-time, onsite internship lasting 6 months from early Q1 2027.

What you will do

• Work with the Mixed-Signal IP R&D team to investigate analog and digital circuit options for monitoring process variations.
• Review the state of the art in process-variation monitoring and related circuit approaches.
• Design and benchmark selected monitoring circuits.
• Explore circuit design at the intersection of semiconductor physics and mixed-signal engineering.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Mixed-Signal IP product roadmap.

Requirements

• Currently completing the final year of a master’s degree in electrical and/or electronic engineering.
• Genuine interest in circuit design and semiconductor technology.

Nice to have

• Exposure to analog design EDA tools such as hirify.global Virtuoso.
