Sr Mixed Signal/RF Test Engineer (RF/mmWave)

Location: Caen, France. Other listed locations: Catania and Sophia-Antipolis (Valbonne).

What you will do

• Develop industrial hardware and software test solutions for mass production.
• Support the design team throughout new product development, from specification and design through qualification and release.
• Define design-for-test features, test strategies, test programs, and ATE hardware.
• Design RF/mmWave PCB loadboards and prepare test setups for formal product qualification.
• Balance electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost while driving deliverables to completion.
• Collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries, manage risks, set priorities, and make timely decisions with incomplete information.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of RF/mmWave test development experience using ATE systems.
• Experience with RF/mmWave PCB design for ATE loadboards and contacting technology selection.
• Deep knowledge of RF/mmWave measurement techniques, design for testability, and high-speed digital.
• Familiarity with quality screening techniques.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to operate in a global environment with partners in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Strong team-player, leadership, problem-solving, planning, organization, and task-control skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with strong execution and represent technical expertise outside the immediate organization.
