Lead CX/UX Designer

Location: USA - Kennesaw, Georgia; hybrid attendance required eight days per month at the closest US office within 50 miles. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research and design for complex product areas and connected workflows.
• Conduct customer interviews, workflow observations, and usability studies to identify unmet needs and define problems to solve.
• Shape product priorities with Product and Engineering using customer evidence, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Create interactive prototypes and carry validated concepts through detailed interaction, visual design, and implementation.
• Use AI and code-based tools for research and prototyping, verify outputs, and model accountable usage.
• Define success measures, evaluate released work using product data and customer feedback, and mentor UX colleagues.

Requirements

• End-to-end UX experience leading research and design for complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong user research, information architecture, complex workflow, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Experience creating realistic interactive prototypes with UX, AI, and code-based tools.
• Experience evolving reusable design patterns and meeting accessibility standards.
• Ability to influence product direction, align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and coach designers.
• US work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
