Senior Business Systems Analyst (PropTech)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $112,800–$180,200 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC; $107,200–$171,200 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead investigations and resolutions of complex integration issues, providing engineering teams with problem statements, reproduction steps, and evidence.
• Lead partner discovery conversations, recommend integration approaches, and explain technical findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support technical discussions with enterprise prospects in partnership with Sales.
• Develop AI-assisted knowledge and diagnostic tools, operational workflows, monitoring dashboards, and automations using Zendesk, Slack, and Airtable.
• Create integration guides, escalation playbooks, onboarding resources, troubleshooting documentation, and launch support plans.
• Analyze support trends and integration health signals, identify recurring issues, recommend root-cause improvements, and support partner onboarding and post-launch reviews.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation, integration support, or related work.
• Skills in XML, JSON, data mapping, and feed-based integrations, including the Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS) schema.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, webhooks, and Postman; ability to interpret API documentation and investigate issues across systems. Production coding is not required.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear explanations for partners, engineers, and business leaders.
• Experience identifying patterns across issues and converting findings into practical process or system improvements.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams, manage competing priorities, follow issues through resolution, and document and share findings.
• Interest in developing and improving AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in property technology, multifamily operations, or business-to-business software, including property management software, customer relationship management systems, internet listing services, or related integrations.
• Transferable skills or related experience from a non-traditional background.
