System/Business Analyst (FinTech)

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize IT business analysis processes within a banking organization.
• Gather and document business and system requirements for loyalty features, including bonus accrual, redemption, and partner integrations.
• Read and describe REST APIs with Swagger and Postman, including request and response structures and error handling.
• Map data flows between mobile and web frontends, backend services, and core banking systems.
• Describe frontend-backend interactions across iOS and Android platforms and document integration requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, including both systems and business analysis.
• FinTech and banking experience, with knowledge of banking products and services.
• Experience with Swagger, Postman, REST APIs, data mapping, and frontend-backend interaction analysis.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query analysis.
• Experience creating sequence diagrams and C4 diagrams at component or container level.
• Experience with mobile application development concepts and iOS and Android platforms; English at Intermediate+ level or above.

Nice to have

• MongoDB knowledge.
• Azure, Oracle, Microsoft, UiPath, AWS, or Anthropic certifications.
