Senior Social Media Manager (Web3)

Location: Europe; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the London office.

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own social strategy and content across several client accounts as a senior individual contributor.
• Ghost-write thought-leadership content for founders and executives.
• Translate complex fintech, AI, and Web3 subject matter into sharp, credible content.
• Lead day-to-day account strategy, including client meetings, recommendations, and approvals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media or content, including managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
• Strong knowledge of Web3 and the ability to get up to speed quickly on technical subject matter.
• Comfort managing content across LinkedIn, X, and Discord.
