Senior Social Media Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Oversee social media content creation, platform management, workflows, standards, and best practices across the PC and console portfolio.
• Maintain go-to-market processes across planning, announcements, grind, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Develop KPIs and connect social media operations to business metrics and product performance.
• Coordinate planning with the Community counterpart and identify risks, resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and opportunities across active projects.
• Lead, delegate, mentor, and develop social media team members across content creation, engagement, moderation, and stakeholder management.
• Manage assigned games throughout their lifecycle and build relationships with development teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with deep knowledge of platform dynamics, content creation, trends, and video game culture.
• Experience setting and meeting KPIs and connecting social media inputs and outputs to business metrics.
• Proven people management experience, including leading, delegating, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Strong written, verbal, organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimise processes while managing deadlines and business value.
