Supplier Change / Engineering Specialist

Location: West Point, PA, US 19486; onsite role.

Salary: $97,300 per year. A separate reference lists $106,100.

What you will do

• Execute supplier change notifications and complete required updates in applicable site systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to assess the impact of supplier-related changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing areas, occasionally leading technical support activities.
• Work as an individual contributor while supporting department performance and results.
• Anticipate stakeholder and customer needs, interpret requirements, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide status updates and reports on project progress, technical decisions, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. An Engineering degree is preferred; a Materials Science degree may be considered for the right candidate.
• Approximately 1.5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience executing supplier change notifications.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to apply sound technical judgment with limited day-to-day supervision.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Change control experience.
• Experience with validation, deviations, and CAPA.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, SAP, or similar systems.
