Senior Personal Banker (Banking)

Salary: $55,800–$89,400 USD base pay

What you will do

• Deliver client service across account opening, maintenance, servicing, money movement, wires, fund transfers, and account closures.
• Respond to client inquiries in person, by telephone, and by email; prepare client materials, reports, and accurate account records.
• Provide holistic advice, identify client needs, cross-sell banking products, and engage relevant subject matter experts.
• Handle cash transactions, paying and receiving activities, daily balancing, safe deposit box servicing, and banking reports.
• Follow banking, risk management, compliance, and operational procedures; research and escalate issues when needed.
• Mentor and train fellow Personal Bankers, share deposit expertise, and support improvements to team processes and systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services acquired through related work experience or formal training.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve requests while managing conflicting priorities and workflow.
• Ability to think critically and work independently and as part of a team.
