Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Armenia, or Georgia. Core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Lead Card Technology projects from requirements through delivery and handover across business and technical teams.
• Coordinate external vendors on integrations, testing, test plans, and escalations through resolution.
• Own project scope, dependencies, timelines, and risks across several parallel projects.
• Structure the requirements process and translate business needs into clear inputs for technical teams.
• Report project status, manage stakeholder expectations, and agree risk responses with business and technical teams.
• Stay in daily contact with the local team and hand projects over to operations and technical teams in a runnable state.

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience running several parallel projects with strong scope and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with external vendors and handling escalations.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
