Manager, Analytics & Insights (US)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include New York, New York; Charlotte, North Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida; Mount Laurel, New Jersey; and Wilmington, Delaware. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $96,130–$155,950 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Manage and develop a sizeable team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists, including hiring, goal setting, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching, and employee relations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define data needs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide fact-based analytical advice.
• Oversee business-line analytics using internal and external data, including ad hoc analysis, test-and-learn programs, and identification of growth opportunities and value drivers.
• Lead the translation of complex data into clear recommendations and contribute to presentations for executive leaders and business partners.
• Manage escalated business issues, ambiguous problems, risk identification, regulatory compliance, governance, controls, and remediation plans.
• Build an inclusive, engaged, high-performance team and support colleague development, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience; higher-degree education and research tenure may be counted.
• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Advanced experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, and other programming languages.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage Business Insights & Analytics professionals and collaborate with internal business partners.
• Ability to apply judgment and discretion to resolve ambiguous issues and provide strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of business and technology practices, external competition, industry or market trends, data capabilities, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in anti-money laundering within financial services or banking.
