Data Analyst III (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Missouri, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced analytical support for healthcare business operations, including claims, provider, member, clinical, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting data.
• Extract, load, model, reconcile, and audit large datasets across multiple platforms and sources.
• Review data to identify operational impacts, trends, issues, improvement areas, and management actions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and other deliverables for management.
• Support compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality analysis.
• Train and mentor other Data Analysts and provide project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills, including the ability to write code, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
• Experience managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
• Ability to work with MS Excel, Access, SQL, and data warehouse or analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and using Snowflake, Control-M, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
