Procurement & Contract Manager (AI Contracting)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70% in-office work model

What you will do

• Manage commercial agreements across the full lifecycle, from requests, drafting, Legal review, negotiation and approvals through signature, purchase requisitions and invoicing.
• Coordinate incoming contracting requests, Legal workflows, signatures, approvals and communications across Procurement, Legal, business partners and external stakeholders.
• Review, draft and edit agreements covering professional services, software, drug substance, drug product, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and maintain templates for Master Service, Consulting, Supply, License and Distribution Agreements.
• Support CLM capabilities, including tools such as Agiloft, contract tracking, records management, compliance monitoring and workflow improvements.
• Develop AI-enabled contracting solutions, training materials and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality, information security and governance standards.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience negotiating, drafting and finalizing varied commercial contracts, including professional services, software, drug substance, drug product, logistics and distribution agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial terms, basic business contracts, and formal and informal competitive bidding principles, processes and legal requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage contracts, track documents and compliance items throughout the contracting lifecycle, and maintain organized records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment, with sound reasoning, problem-solving, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to make decisions, exercise ethical judgment and political astuteness, and work with general guidance from a supervisor.
• Ability to maintain poise, tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality when handling difficult situations and sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and/or written, required for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Paralegal degree or certification.
• Experience in a life sciences or medical company.
• Familiarity with CLM systems, Agiloft, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook.
