Director, Integrated Social Performance Operations

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the Performance Intelligence function across paid, owned, earned, influencer, creator, community management, and social listening activities.
• Synthesize Adobe, marketing mix modeling, lift studies, CAPI diagnostics, platform reporting, and social listening into executive-ready narratives.
• Translate performance data into prioritized recommendations connected to business objectives and investment decisions.
• Lead optimization reviews with Paid Media, Organic, Influencer, Community, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and client leadership teams.
• Develop decision frameworks for media investment, creative iteration, audience strategy, influencer selection, and content distribution.
• Improve dashboards, automation, taxonomy, governance, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and reusable performance playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading social performance strategy, intelligence, measurement, and optimization across paid, owned, earned, influencer, and creator ecosystems.
• Experience synthesizing cross-channel data into strategic business recommendations.
• Experience partnering across paid, owned, earned, influencer, creative, and analytics teams.
• Executive-level storytelling and client leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Nextdoor.
• Strong understanding of marketing mix modeling, lift studies, attribution, Adobe, first-party measurement, and social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, and automation tools.
• Strategic and collaborative leadership with the ability to connect data to action, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous optimization.
