IT SAP Manager - 900

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, or Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; employees are expected to work at their assigned location, with approval for remote work up to 2 days per week. Candidates must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen. Travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop SAP administrators, architects, consultants, and partners, and define team roles and specialties.
• Coordinate with business units, program managers, and architects to define the SAP roadmap.
• Oversee SAP module and related software implementation, maintenance, upgrades, patches, performance, stability, and security.
• Mature agile product development, support, change-management, security, financial-control, and audit processes.
• Own team success metrics and resolve project issues through regular team meetings and technical guidance.
• Manage SAP vendors, budgets, contracts, and external service and software partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP and ERP implementation and support, including proven leadership managing SAP teams and projects.
• 5+ years supporting SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM modules, with a proven record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
• U.S. Person status as defined in the posting, with the stated national-security nationality restrictions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Senior or principal-level hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and products.
• Experience leading organizational change, technology migrations, process improvements, or organizational restructuring.
• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or human resources.
• Experience in a technology startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-influence, documentation, workflow-design, time-management, organizational, collaboration, mentoring, and presentation skills.
