Annual base salary: $99,000.00–$131,765.00. Additional bonuses may be available.

What you will do

• Own the store-facing lifecycle of technology programs and projects from intake and prioritization through launch, adoption, ongoing support, and continuous improvement.
• Translate enterprise technology strategies into practical solutions that improve store operations and reduce workload.
• Serve as a store operations subject matter expert for retail technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail, Technology, Digital, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
• Help ensure technology initiatives are operationally sound and easy for stores to adopt and sustain.
