Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Software)

Location: Remote U.S.; fully remote work from the United States. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $85,000–$135,000 per year, plus an eligible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise customer engagements from statement of work and kickoff through delivery, UAT, go-live, and closeout.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, customer status reports, and internal delivery reporting.
• Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Development, QA, LP/braille, translation, accessible PDF, customer, vendor, and subcontractor workstreams.
• Manage scope, change requests, requirements, customer assets, estimates, actuals, time tracking, and billable/non-billable classification.
• Run customer, internal, steering committee, and executive meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Escalate delivery risks and issues with recommended paths forward while aligning with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing technical delivery projects in the Enterprise Software, Content Management, or Document Services marketplace.
• Experience owning the full project lifecycle for concurrent customer-facing engagements.
• Working knowledge of project and work management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of collaboration and document platforms including SharePoint, MS Teams, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, QA, UAT, and release.
• Familiarity with statements of work, change orders, and time-and-materials versus fixed-fee delivery models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, documentation, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Visio.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications, manage deadlines across several time zones, and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence, and commitment; ability to travel up to 20% as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with document accessibility, including PDF/UA, WCAG, Section 508, large print, braille, audio, or e-text.
• Knowledge of formatted print streams such as AFP, Xerox, PDF, PostScript, or PCL.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Government.
• Exposure to Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks in a hybrid or scaled environment.
• Working familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Understanding of cloud concepts and AWS.
• Experience managing vendors and partners, including translation providers and print production partners.
• Ability to work as a satellite employee.
• PMP certification or equivalent certification such as PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field; experience may substitute for a degree.
