Regional Property Manager (Multifamily Real Estate)

Location: Denver, US; on-site with significant time spent at properties and weekly travel between sites.

Privately owned real estate investment and operating company with approximately 2,750 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate across the Western United States.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple multifamily communities, ensuring consistent operational standards and performance.
• Work directly with Community Managers, maintenance teams, residents, and vendors to resolve issues and improve resident satisfaction.
• Conduct property inspections, manage maintenance activities and capital projects, and monitor overall asset performance.
• Review financial reports, identify efficiency and profitability opportunities, and implement leasing and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy, retention, and revenue.
• Train and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate vendors, move-out inspections, unit renovations, and move-ins to ensure timely turnovers and minimize vacancy loss.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in multifamily property management, including regional or multi-site oversight.
• High school diploma; equivalent post-secondary education is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with on-site staff.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and spend significant time on-site with property teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly between sites.

• CAM or CAP certification.
