Property Manager

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States of America; onsite. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $77,286–$87,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage commercial building operations and respond to tenant needs in line with lease obligations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare annual budgets and complete tenant reconciliations.
• Manage service contracts and oversee tenant improvement projects.
• Complete property inspections, make recommendations, and manage day-to-day operations tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including actual-versus-budget variance analysis.
• Experience with capital improvement projects.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
• Experience managing staff.
