AI Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote, based in Virginia, United States

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Build quality AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems and improve process efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and update automation code and scripts.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD automation for software, configuration, and infrastructure management.
• Develop microservices and applications using secure, maintainable engineering practices.
• Use data and metrics to identify improvements to the technical environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of overall experience with Unix/Linux administration, networking and virtual infrastructure management, application development, cloud engineering, and strong scripting in at least one language such as Python, Perl, Shell, or Batch.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search or databases, and model deployment pipelines.
• Successful completion of a stringent background investigation and obtaining the required government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Frontend web application development with JavaScript or TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and REST APIs.
• Relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Git and version control.
• Network fundamentals including DNS, SMTP, and routing.
• Python, Golang, C#, Java, C++, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Data management, data governance, and the use of data in AI-driven decisions.
• AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments.
• Containerization and microservice architectures.
• Customer focus.
