What you will do

• Manage and coach bankers with assigned customer portfolios.
• Lead branch sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Manage high-value consumer and business relationships and drive referrals to internal banking partners.
• Achieve small-business sales, referral, production, and relationship-deepening goals.
• Develop customer, business, and community relationships while leading local business development.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to maintain appropriate branch staffing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks required by NMLS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of banking, sales, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other financial technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of branch management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, lending, and investments.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
