Procurement Trainee

Location: Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico; full-time onsite role supporting the Americas business.

What you will do

• Support either the HTS Reclassification Project or the FAST Inventory Items LTS Project through data collection, validation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Procurement team members and stakeholders to obtain and update required information.
• Support P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) activities and operational Procurement processes.
• Assist with Goods Receipt reporting, follow-up, and data tracking.
• Maintain project trackers and provide visibility of pending and completed activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive processes and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduated no more than 1 year ago.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with data and in a diverse, international environment.
• Must be able to work full time.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge.
• A valid U.S. visa.
