Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage strategic cybersecurity initiatives aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
• Track project timelines, milestones, action items, risks, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across cybersecurity programs.
• Coordinate execution with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and drive mitigation of cybersecurity project risks while aligning programs with enterprise risk management.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, risk assessments, change logs, and leadership communications.
• Improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree focused on Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or project management, including leadership of complex projects.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a junior team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of IT and business processes, including evaluating and/or implementing IT controls and processes to manage cyber risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying risks and developing effective solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced organization within a cybersecurity team or cybersecurity-focused IT function.
• Risk-based decision-making experience.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting technologies.
