Senior Systems Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: National remote; may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually; compensation varies by skills, education, knowledge, experience, and location. The role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Act as a concierge and single point of contact for divisional analytics teams and business stakeholders.
• Use business needs to help define and execute data strategies.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of data assets.
• Manage issues and escalations with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of information technology experience, or technical certification and/or college courses with 6 years of information technology experience, or 8 years of information technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration, big data analytics, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and requirements definition and management.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodology, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
• Knowledge of system performance management.
• Conceptual thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Ability to execute.
• Experience with onboarding data systems.
