Emerging Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Dalton, GA; Hartsville, SC; Newport, TN; Neenah, WI; or Columbia, SC, USA. Candidates must remain flexible regarding location preferences and open to relocation immediately or in the future.

Annual base salary for Engineering/Technical Degrees: $77,000–$85,000. Annual base salary for Business/Non-Technical Degrees: $68,000–$71,000.

Requirements

• Have or be on track to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a relevant functional area.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to onsite work in the listed U.S. locations and possible relocation immediately or in the future.
