Branch Manager (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Statesville, North Carolina, United States. Local travel is required for business development.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and ensure lending options are presented for review.
• Manage collection activities and consult with customers regarding past-due loan payments.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-quality and diverse team.
• Provide actionable feedback and support team members’ career growth.
• Drive branch performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Prioritize and resolve operational issues consistently and travel locally for business development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within six months of the start date where required.
• Ability to work onsite in Statesville, North Carolina, and travel locally for business development.

• College degree.
• Experience with underwriting, credit decisions, or the financial services industry.
